The Old School Room at the Hub has been re-configured to be the hireable space within the building.  Bright and freshly decorated, with its own kitchen and access to the courtyard next to Ivinghoe Lawn it is ideal for any gathering of up to 60 people. 

BOOKING CHARGES FOR: The Old School Room:

The Space is one large space (Total Area 48.40 sq.m), excluding the kitchen area.

Booking Fee: 

• £12.00 for first hour, then £10.00 per hour thereafter for bookings made before 1st October 2022.

• Bookings made after 1st October the following applies:
  • Ivinghoe Parish and Pitstone residents or organizations:
    • £12 per hour if more than 12 bookings are made at one time
    • £14 per hour for ad hoc hires
  • Residents/organizations not located in Ivinghoe Parish and Pitstone
    • £14 per hour if more than 12 bookings are made at one time
    • £16 per hour for ad hoc hires.

Rates from 1st January 2025

Please note that Hire rates will be increased from 1st January 2025.  All existing bookings will be honoured at the above rates.  The new rates will be published here, please contact the secretary@ivinghoehub.co.uk for further information.
